Up high near the Tejon Pass @ Gorman. Sage brush slopes w\/ forested campground is\u00a0approx. 6 mi. off Lockwood Valley Rd. via paved road\u00a0#8N04 (also called, Frazier Mountain \u00a0Road).<\/p>\n<p>Adequate for RVs, small creeks around this camp provide<br \/>\ndecent vegetation. The sites on the outside back loop are best<br \/>\nfor shade &amp;amp; seclusion. Good for a base camp for the weekend<br \/>\n&amp;amp; drive out to see the rest of Los Padres National Forest.<br \/>\nFor the mtn. biker, this is a prime spot for hitting up the dirt<br \/>\nback roads on Frazier Mtn. Plenty of hiking and nice views<br \/>\nof the valley around too.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 640px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/totalescape.com\/GIFS\/campn\/campgr\/chuchapate\/chuch21.jpg\" alt=\"chuchu 21\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Small campground w\/ fee.
