Mount Baldy Village elevation 4200'. When you gotta get away & get on the slopes, this place is it for the LA Basin. Sorta close to the freeway & without the Big Bear crowds. Bare bones basic slopes w/ older ski lodge. Open all year with the lift and restaurant, hiking, new tent cabins and the a nice view - over the 'southland' as the weatherman calls it.
