Located half way between Lake Tahoe and Mono Lake, on US 395. The Walker River, a premium fishing spot in the Eastern Sierra, is the heart of Walker, California. The rural town has several motels, markets, gas stations & a few restaurants. A smaller community of Coleville is north of town w/ the magnificent cliff & large meadow.
