This is the Bambi Inn, also know as the local bar in the pines, a central element for Butte Meadows, California. Motorcycles frequent this spot on the weekends & sometimes you can catch a Chili Cookoff & live band outside on the deck. Residential cabins, a big creek and meadows. USPS knows this spot as Forest Ranch, but that community is way down on the main road, Deer Creek Highway 32. To reach this spot, take 32N to Humboldt Road turn off and keep driving. Intersects at the top of the Skyway. Yep, the same Sky Way that leads down to Paradise, so expect much wildfire scar in the scenery.
