Santa Catalina Island is California's only resort island. To preserve this valuable open space for public enjoyment, the Wrigley Family deeded approximately 88 percent of the island to the nonprofit Catalina Island Conservancy. The island is 76 square miles with 52 miles of beautiful but rugged coastline. Only two small communities: Avalon & Two Harbors.
