Ready to see some serious snow melt & raging rivers? This small town serves the tourits headed in & outta Sequoia National Parks south gate. The junction to Mineral King Rd intersects near here, which is an excellent high sierra gorge to spend a full week in. The giant redwood groves are located an hour up the hill, Lake Kaweah will now be full again & all the blue birds will be singing to you.
